Service Industry & Equipment Hire

This module provides efficient management, costing and scheduling for Service Based industries including associated On Hire/Off Hire module. This enables the regular site servicing of plant items at your customer site. This module is closely integrated into the Asset Register, Job Costing, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing so the serviceable assets are associated with the jobs.

The Plant Master File includes the following information:-
Plant Code & Description, registration, serial no’s, engine, chassis & part numbers.

Important information is at your fingertips, including:
- Purchased & retired date

– Default Charge rate & method
– Usage & Income figures including

Plant Hire includes the following features:-

– Manages all labour hire and other direct costs.

Work orders are created for a given period for all Service calls. These can be sorted by area codes, customers, job types, jobs and job status.

Client Plant Maintenance

This module enables Maintenance/Production Managers the ability to track jobs and schedule maintenance specifically to equipment that their client has in their operational plant. The job is monitored to a maintenance item by materials, labour, purchased items, and sub-contractors. This tracks the Client Plant location down to units, items and assemblies. eg company, location, conveyor, head pulley, item serial numbers etc ...any work to be carried out.

All Plant Items can be direct linked to the Inventory system showing supplier codes, availability, alternative suppliers and respective pricing. This is tracked and reported on internally and also to the client by means of standard or customized period reports showing cost breakups, graphical representations if required.

The BusinessCraft Equipment Hire module provides an integrated solution for scheduling, tracking and invoicing of equipment hired out to customers and is based around the long term hire of Equipment
